2. 個資定義與個資流通目的地 Definition and circulation destinations of personal data

你的個資可能包含搜尋時間、搜尋內容、搜尋次數、語言設定、最愛車站、IP位址、支持者付款紀錄。這些資訊部分會儲存在裝置中，部分可能透過 Munisaq 經由網路上傳到（一）臺灣交通部運輸資料流通服務，與（二）Apple 公司。3.0 版起另有匿名統計，詳見第 8 節；相關第三方政策存證見第 9 節。

Your personal data may include search time, search content, search count, language settings, favorite stations, IP address, supporter payment records. The data might be saved in your device, and some might be uploaded to the internet to (1) the Transport Data Exchange Service provided by the Taiwanese Ministry of Transportation and Communications, and (2) Apple Inc. From version 3.0, anonymous statistics also apply — see section 8; archived copies of the relevant third-party policies are in section 9.

3. 交通部對個資的收集與處理 Ministry of Transportation and Communications' collection and processing of your personal data

你必須同意交通部運輸資料流通服務平臺的隱私權保護政策才能使用 Munisaq。該政策指出你的IP位址、搜尋紀錄與其他個資可能被交通部收集並處理，但未有特殊情況不會將個資轉讓給其他單位或組織，僅限平臺內部統計使用。

You have to agree to the privacy policy of the Transport Data Exchange Service provided by the Taiwanese Transportation Ministry before you use Munisaq. The policy indicates that your IP address, search history and other personal data might be collected and processed by the Ministry of Transportation and Communications. But they will only use your data for internal analysis and won't transfer your data to other departments or organizations except under special circumstances.

4. Apple 對個資的收集與處理 Apple's collection and processing of your personal data

你的 Munisaq 使用紀錄、IP位址、支持者付款紀錄與其他個資可能會被 Apple 公司收集與處理，且此關係受於你與 Apple 公司於 Munisaq 外訂立之協議管轄。

Your Munisaq usage records, IP address, supporter payment records might be collected and processed by Apple Inc. This relationship is regulated by your agreements with Apple Inc. outside Munisaq.

5. 開發者使用裝置上個資 Developer usage of personal data on device

未經你明確同意，Munisaq 開發者無法檢視你儲存於裝置的個資，所有對於你的個資處理都不會經過開發者伺服器。

Without your explicit consent, the developer of Munisaq cannot view your personal data on device. Your personal data doesn't go through the developer's servers.

6. 第三方對開發者提供的個資 Personal data provided to the developer by third parties

基於你與交通部和 Apple 公司的協議，這兩個單位可能會將 Munisaq 相關之統計資訊、使用紀錄與其他個資提供給 Munisaq 開發者。這些資料僅供內部統計與服務使用，不會提供、更不會轉售給其他單位。

Based on your agreements with the Ministry of Transportation and Communications and Apple Inc., these organizations might provide statistics, usage data and other personal data related to Munisaq to the developer. The data will be used for service and internal analysis and won't be provided or sold to other organizations.

7. 開發者的義務 Developer's obligations

Munisaq 開發者有義務回應使用者對此隱私權政策相關的合理提問與要求，且若此隱私權政策改變對使用者有重大影響，開發者需於軟體醒目處提醒。

The developer is obliged to react to reasonable questions and demands from users regarding this privacy policy. If any changes of this privacy policy impact users significantly, the developer has to remind the user in a noticeable place on Munisaq.

8. 3.0 版起之附加條款：匿名使用統計 Additional terms for version 3.0 and later: anonymous usage statistics

自 Munisaq 3.0 起，Munisaq 會收集匿名使用統計（例如查詢的路線、使用的功能、語言設定）以改進 App。這些資料在你的裝置上即完成匿名化，無法識別你的身分，絕不出售，也絕不用於廣告。這些統計會附帶一個匿名的安裝識別碼（每次安裝固定，且無法追溯到你本人）；若你成為支持者，也會記錄所購買的方案代號。匿名統計由 TelemetryDeck 處理（一家總部位於德國（歐盟）、注重隱私的分析服務，依歐盟資料保護法（GDPR）作為我們的資料處理者；不儲存 IP 位址、不使用 Cookie、不使用廣告識別碼）。支持者（Supporter）可以在支持者頁面中隨時關閉這些統計。此外，3.0 版起 App 每天至多一次向 munisaq.com 讀取一份版本資訊檔以提示更新；此讀取不傳送任何你的資料。你的最愛、歷史紀錄與個人設定僅保存在你的手機中，開發者無法檢視。

From Munisaq 3.0, Munisaq collects anonymous usage statistics (such as which routes are searched, which features are used, and language settings) to improve the app. The data is anonymized on your device: it can't identify you, is never sold, and is never used for ads. The statistics carry an anonymous per-installation identifier (constant for each installation and not traceable back to you), and, if you become a Supporter, which plan was purchased. The anonymous statistics are processed by TelemetryDeck, a privacy-focused analytics service based in Germany (EU) and acting as our data processor under European data-protection law (GDPR), which stores no IP addresses and uses no cookies or advertising identifiers. Supporters can turn these statistics off at any time in the Supporter area. Additionally, from version 3.0 the app reads a small version-information file from munisaq.com at most once per day to offer update notices; this check sends none of your data. Your favorites, history and personal settings stay only on your phone, where the developer cannot view them.

App 亦會讀取 iOS 在你裝置上彙整的當機與效能診斷資料（Apple 的 MetricKit）以改善穩定性；這些摘要僅在你的裝置上處理，Munisaq 不會上傳。若診斷資料經由 Apple 自身機制與 Apple 或開發者分享，則受你的 iOS「分析與改進」設定以及你與 Apple 的協議管轄（見第 4、6 節）。

The app also reads crash and performance diagnostics that iOS assembles on your device (Apple's MetricKit) to improve stability. These summaries are processed on your device and are not uploaded by Munisaq. Any sharing of diagnostics with Apple or the developer through Apple's own systems is governed by your iOS "Analytics & Improvements" settings and your agreements with Apple (see sections 4 and 6).

The two third parties named in sections 3 and 8 maintain their own privacy policies, which they may revise at any time. So that you can read the versions this page was written against, archived snapshots taken on 25 July 2026 are linked alongside the live pages. The summaries below are our own plain-language paraphrase for convenience, not the original texts; where they differ, the original policy governs.

9.1 交通部運輸資料流通服務（TDX） Transport Data Exchange, Ministry of Transportation and Communications

你在 Munisaq 查詢時刻表時，App 會直接向 TDX 發出請求，因此該次連線的 IP 位址會到達 TDX。依其政策，平臺會保留伺服器產生的紀錄（包含 IP 位址、時間、瀏覽及介接資料紀錄），作為內部流量與網路行為的總量分析；不會任意出售、交換或出租你的個人資料；若基於公共利益作統計或學術研究，資料會先經處理至無從識別特定當事人。你可依個人資料保護法向該平臺請求查詢、閱覽、複製、補充更正、停止蒐集處理利用或刪除，聯絡信箱 [email protected]。

When you look up a timetable, Munisaq sends the request to TDX directly from your device, so that connection's IP address reaches TDX. Under their policy, the platform retains server-generated records — including IP address, timestamp, and browsing and API access records — for aggregate internal traffic and network-behaviour analysis. It does not sell, exchange or rent personal data, and data used for statistical or academic research in the public interest is processed first so that no individual can be identified. You may exercise rights of access, copying, correction, cessation of processing and deletion under Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act by contacting [email protected].

9.2 TelemetryDeck

匿名使用統計由 TelemetryDeck 處理。依其說明，伺服器端收到的內容為：一組匿名化的安裝識別碼（每次安裝固定，無法回溯至個人）、由我們定義的事件名稱與參數、四捨五入至小時的時間戳記，以及裝置後設資料（系統版本、App 版本、裝置型號等）。IP 位址不會被儲存於其資料庫或紀錄檔。伺服器位於荷蘭與德國。

The anonymous usage statistics are processed by TelemetryDeck. Per their documentation, what reaches their servers is: an anonymised installation identifier (constant per installation, not traceable to a person), the event names and parameters we define, a timestamp rounded to the nearest hour, and device metadata such as system version, app version and device model. IP addresses are not stored in their database or logs. Their servers are located in the Netherlands and Germany.
